I have an internal Fat32 drive. I can't convert it to NTSF without losing all my data, and I don't have enough money to buy an external NTSF.

I have an iso. It's rarred in a split archive file. It's too big for Fat32 - 7 gigs. It can handle the split archive files, which are approximately 200 megs each. When I unrar it though, the file doesn't finish extracting since I can't have files bigger than 4 gigs in Fat32. Is there a way to split the iso file into parts of 4 gigs WHILE the iso is extracting so that it won't have an error while unpacking because of my Fat32? Or am I doomed?

Could you please first give us some more information?

Which Operating System?
How many internal hard drives and partitions?
How much free space on the FAT32 partition?
How many DVD drives?

It is also unclear where you have this 7gig ISO but the guess must be that it is on a DVD either in its entirety or in one or more split fragments.

If your operating system supports NTFS and there is enough space on the drive you could resize your existing FAT partition downwards (with BiNG as in my sig for example) then create a big enough NTFS partition is the liberated space now unallocated and use it to manipulate your 7gig file.

Resizing is generally safe but it has to be said that any partition manipulation can result in data loss so backing up of vital data beforehand is advisable.
