Can't Remove The Spyware

I was surfing in a forum today when all of sudden my computer restarted. After that there was this red icon with a white “x” sayin that my computer is infected. First thing that came up to my mind was spyware so I ran a full scan using Ad-aware and another full virus scan using Avira Personal. Thinking its gonna solve the problems it actually made it worse. Now while im using the it just start restarting randomly. And also when I search something on google and the results come up as soon as I click on the results it goes to these pages about anti viruses and anti spywares or other pages like yellowpages and etc. I really need help. I tried downloading Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and installed it but it wont let me open. Tried changing the name and opening in safe mode still doesnt work. Tried other softwares such as McAffe Stinger,SmitFraudFix,Killbox, cant open these files even if i change the name or try to open it using the safe mode. I'm also a photographer and i have these pictures on my computer. I cant burn them on CD because somehow this spyware or virus or wut ever it is, is stopping me from opening Nero. So im scared i might lose these pictures like if i need to format my hard drive or somethin like that. So i need help ASAP. I'm freakin out !

So sorry for the delay in getting to you:

First:
How to run a scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here (http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe) or Here (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html)

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.[/QUOTE]

Second:

Please do the following:


Download this file - combofix.exe (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop (it needs to be run from the Desktop). Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log for you.


Note:

Do not mouseclick Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause the program to stall...

Third:


Re-boot the system
Post the MBAM log
Post the Combofix log
Post a new HJT log
Tell us how the system is running.
