Compatiblity Questions--- HELP PLEASE

I need to know if the upgrades I want for my PC are all compatible. I'm essentially replacing the majority of the computer so here it is:

Any help would be amazing!!!!!!! Also, the processor is 64-bit compatible but I have a 32 bit OS. Will this cause problems?

A 64-bit processor is compatible with a 32-bit OS. I love the case, but why are you getting a micro-ATX mobo for an ATX case? ATX mobos have more expansion slots. What's your budget?

I'm thinking about getting a cheaper case with more function anyway. Cool Master probably
