combine drives?

is it possible to combine 2 drives to make one? my c drive is running out of space but i need every program on it and would like to increase the available space by combining the C and D drive......

Yes, you can do this using a program like Partition Magic if the C and D partitions are on the same drive.
Otherwise, the easiest way to go is to just get a new, large drive and use the copy utility typically provided to clone the contents of your existing drive to it.
