On graphichs card and PSU

Hi ,

I bought a NVIDIA e-GeForce 8400 gs card 512mb pci-e and it works ok no issues so far but when I read the requirements on the card it says it needs at least a 350 watt PSU and thats where my worries are since my current system only carries a 300 watt. My question is will it one day the graphics card ceased to work or show low performance because of low PSU.
Anybody has experienced issues with PSU and graphic cards.

300 w PSU

If your system is 100% stable, then it's probably fine. For now.

Overtaxing your PSU is never a good thing! 300W was lean for that system from the beginning. Upgrade to a 450W unit as soon as possible.
