Nvidia 6200 agp card question

Curious but I have an older Dell 4300 that I want to upgrade video wise. I plan on using the 6200. It does not have a fan and thus no additional wires. I use it only for regular computer stuff, No Gaming! My question is I notice now that some of the offerings on this card from Newegg show some with DDR memory and some with GDDR2 memory. Will it matter? Just don't want to buy something that won't work. All thoughts appreciated.

It won't matter the type of memory on the card is independent of what the system memory is.
