Casino Testing

I'm into testing but new to Games testing.

My manager is getting a new Casino testing project

So could anyone let me know the system requirements..... so as to test Casino games

Also If I need to make a team can i go with freshers for testing the games.
Or Do i need to take the exp. guys??

Please suggest me at the earliest.
