We had a family gathering at our daughter and son-in-law's house last week and took some pictures. My wife and I had 4 great-grandchildren this year which makes a total of 8 altogether; and we've got one more coming next May! Our grandchildren are our pride and joy. So I hope you don't mind me sharing our favorite picture with you. In the picture are my wife and me with our 8 great-grandchildren. Four of them were born with in about 4 months of each other this year. How about some of the other members sharing some of their favorite pictures of anything you choose. Just a thought--maybe you don't want to; and that's OK too. Anyway, here's the picture if you want to see it.

Along with the 8 great-grandchildren, we have 10 grandchildren! That, of course, makes 18 grandchildren with 1 on the way. They all came from our 4 kids. Our kids surely do know how it works, don't' they?:) Needless to say, we don't buy very expensive presents.

Hey FrankSG, here's a great gift idea. Why don't you send your children and grandchildren away on a cruise and you and your wife can take care of those eight great-grandchildren for a week! I don't imagine we'll be seeing any posts from you those days.

Yes--that would keep us pretty busy. I don't think we could handle all 8 of them at one time. Although, I have taken 4 of the grandchildren fishing at the same time. I didn't get much fishing done. All I did was bait up hooks, trying to get their fishing line removed from tree branches and take out tangles--mostly take out tangles.
