Hey, I made the mistake of installing Vista Home Premium 32 Bit on a five year old computer designed for XP Home Edition. There are two, possibly three or four things I would like to upgrade. My PC has been reformatted over ten times (I stopped counting at eight) I am starting over with the XP OS. Then I'll upgrade. Specs I want to upgrade..

RAM- currently 512MB, want to upgrade to 4GB if possible.
Video Card- currently ATI Radeon x600, want to upgrade to ATI HD4000 or higher.
Hard Drive- currently 150GB empty, 130-140GB with OS and drivers installed. Want to upgrade to 250GB... still debating on that.
Sound Card- currently Sound Blaster Live!, want to upgrade to a nice quality sound card that is cheap.

Hard Drive and Sound Card are still being debated on. The main things I want to upgrade are my RAM and my Video Card. My system is a stock Dell Dimension 9100.
At www.Dell.com (http://www.dell.com) I found four sticks of 1GB memory sticks specifically for my system. They were $83.00 including shipping. Can someone recommend anything cheaper? Have to be dual-channel 400-, 533-, and 667-MHz.
Video Card... I want something big. But cheap... sigh. Something higher than x600, that's for sure. My x600 can play COD4 with all settings low. and Resolution at 640 by 800.
Thanks for your help. Remember, I am only 16, so go easy with the price, alright?

GRRR... Never mind. My Dimension blew a processor. I think I would rather buy a new PC anyhow. Thanks for the help though.
