I have found a file on my system called "foycglm.exe". I googled it and checked all the antivirus websites and no matter where I have searched I get "no results found matching..." Even Microsoft comes up empty! Can anyone help me out?

Sounds very suspicious particularly if in your System32 folder. Have you scanned your system or specifically scanned it with your antivirus? Maybe time for a HijackThis post (http://pcguide.com/vb/showthread.php?t=60009) in the security forum.
