I have several people approach me on there Internet connection through Bell/
sympatico/ which uses high speed pump in through there phone lines.
Apparently when they turn on there home PC and connect to the INTERNET they receive through there system sounds of voices some are foreign languages. I have never heard of this happening before? Also people whom are hook up to DSL Cable never have this problem?
