First:
How to run a scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here (http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe) or Here (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html)

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.[/QUOTE]

Please do the following:


Download this file - combofix.exe (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop (it needs to be run from the Desktop). Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log for you.


Note:

Do not mouseclick Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause the program to stall...

Third:


Re-boot the system
Post the Combofix Log
Post the MBAM log
Post a new HJT log

I got 2 [two] errors with malware program: Error occured ERROR CODE 731(0, 9) I ran the 1st program twice because the first time it found 1 infection but there wasn't anything listed in the log.

Then I got this warning as I was waiting for combofix to finish. I thought it was Combo fix telling me that something had changed my search enigine.

WebShots Desktop: We have blocked an attempt from another application to change your default search engine."

This seems to mean that ASK is my default search engine. I do NOT want ASK as my default search engine, I want google.

Thanks for your help. One more thing, this PC has only been on the net since Sunday afternoon. As soon as I got online, I downloaded and installed AVG and Kerio. When I ran Spybot S & D last night, it said I had 2 enteries for the banker trojan.

Don't download or install anything while you are in the middle of a clean up. DO NOT scan with anything you are not asked to scan with. You are only complicating things. Please follow ALL instructions fully.

On the MBAM scan you need to make sure:

Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

That way your log will not say:

No action taken.

Please repeat the MBAM scan and follow the instructions fully.

I didn't download ANYTHING except what I was told to download and run. I have been coming here for yrs. I know the rules. :)
