Recently I saw an advertisement for a Lenovo keyboard at a very good price, shipping included. So I ordered two. I received those two just fine, but then two more which I wasn't charged for. So I attempted to contact the company and ask for an RMA since I neither wanted the boards nor paid for them. After more than a few phone calls talking to people who were definitely off shore, I finally gave up. They were very uncooperative and insulting so I'm keeping their extra boards. Maybe they'll make good presents.

Lenovo direct. The different people I talked with insisted their names were Samantha, Peter, Trent, Andrea etc. I knew that wasn't the case and I just wanted an RMA. I refused to give them my credit card again as they wanted to bill me and then have me ask for refund! The boards are very nice and have found new homes.

Wow, they actually wanted you to pay for them and ask for a refund? And of course shipping them back at your cost I am certain. ;)
They should have just said keep them since it probably would have cost more to ship them back than they are worth.
Idiots...
If you are located in the US there is a part of consumer law that deals with things like this...
To sum it up...
If you didn't order it and it was addressed to you, it is yours...free and clear.

Thats horrible. It looks like all the major sellers in the computer business (Best Buy, HHGreg, ect..) are all corrupt in some way, shape, or form.
This is just a perfect example. I wouldn't expect that out of Lenovo, though.
