Which of the forums do I post meassages for downloads of arts and graphics package?

Please could any one tell me where I could download graphics software preferably freeware?

At the moment I am using macromedia software with 30-day trial limit which is almost coming to an end.
The type of software I want is:
QuirkExpress
Macroemdia (latest edition)
And any more graphics packages for art & media students.

Or if any one can tell me the names of the PC magazines that has FULL SOFTWARE for art & graphics students.
