Since i use Chinese windows, can anybody please tell me where to access the maintence wizard.

also, does the maintenece wizard search for missing files?

OK maintence wizard I can't help with... but the tool you require to check for missing, changed or corrupt system files is the "System File Checker" - this normally lives in the Tools section in the System Information box.
Start - Programs - Accesories - System Tools - System Information.
