accessing internet through program

Hi everyone

If I am using an application and I go Help > About a lot of times there is a web link. But they only open in IE. I don't have or use IE, so how do I re-associate the link so that it opens the browser of my choice?

There are a number of approaches depending on the OS but in XP you can go Start >> All Programs >> Set Program Access and Defaults (top left).
