btw when i try to install spybot when its trying to connect it tells me theres an error sending request. connection with the server could not be established. and i always have to exit setup

is there anyone that can help me? my internet connection is very slow since my pc was infected, and when i try to search in my internet explorer i cant just pop-ups and junk please help!

You need to copy the installer programs for Combofix and MBAM from a clean PC to a flash drive or burn them to a CD and run them on the infected PC from the flash drive or CD.
