Was just wondering what kind of GPS systems everyones got
I just got mine a few days ago, its a MotoNav TN20 (its the one on the right in the pic).
Pretty sweet, im loving it so far! Has the spoken street names with lane guidance to make sure I don't miss my exit or turn, small enough to fit anywhere in my car and easy to grab and take with me and on top of all that its really easy to use.
If you wanted the full specs on mine or the other model they have, the TN30 just goto their main site, motorola.com/motonav

They work ok, I have a TomTom XL-S (features similar to yours) as a gift from my wife. I would have preferred a Garmin but both of those GPS systems do work pretty well, MOST of the time.
I used mine for a 4800+ mile cross country trip back in October and it came in handy to find a gas station in Cheyenne Wyoming in heavy fog, and hotels and restaurant locations along the way. Knowing where the voice mute is located and the locations to select Night Screen settings are some of the first items to check out.
Map updating is a big item down the road for many of these units, many of them charge to update the maps. Mine updates via USB cord to a PC, no SD card.
I enjoy the female computer voice completely butchering the pronunciation of street and city names names such as La Cienega Blvd, even Sacramento and San Jose, and delight in driving her crazy by taking a different route than she suggests.
Do be aware you are NOT allowed to place the GPS on the windshield in some states (California is one of those). A friction mount (bean bag) on the dash is legal, also a HVAC vent clip. Those attract less attention from street thieves, they assume your GPS hidden in in the car if they see a mount, so will break in to check.

Got a Garmin for Christmas. It's totally cool. I have clients all over the place and it generally takes me straight to the door, all I have to do is type in the address.
IM back!

any thoughts on mine or the TN30?
haha I do like the thought of having a 4.3" touch screen with the TN30 along with 4 million points of interest and Bluetooth compatibility!
