Call of Duty 4 Unlock Rocket Launcher

[Double Sheck]

I got COD4 and started the game. When I got the the third map, I have to take down some tank with a rocket laucher. When I hit "fire", it is telling me that I have to unlock the weapon, but I cannot find the way to do it.

Any help will be appreciated.
