Rambus loses a court ruling, Micron does not have to pay.

Basically Rambus got caught shredding most of their documents concerning the memory specification process. They had attended meetings to define memory standards, then filed for patents on the discussed subjects. The court was not amused by the shredding, and ruled Rambus could not profit from their actions.
