hey all,
I downloaded a program off the net and it has expired and stoped working, is there any way to upset the settings in it and get it going again? it is a EA on a MT4 platform, yes it was a "legal" download,

Even if it is a legal program, you are asking us to help you hack it and we do NOT do that in this forum... If you want to use it, buy it...

I am really not sure what you are saying, but I can tell you I am not joking... We do not help people crack/hack or otherwise cheat programs... There are certainly other forums that may try to help you do that... On many of them, the main thing you will accomplish is that you will get hacked yourself and anything you have that is valuable that can be accessed through your computer will be stolen...

If you have found a program that you want, purchase it...

If you look around this forum for even a few minutes, you will see that we do not allow the kind of thing you seem to be saying you want...

No, these forums are not, never have been and never will be for hacking your software. We have had, since day one, a very 'anti' stance on anything that remotely resembles software piracy, and that is exactly what your question was...How can I pirate/hack my trial version into the full, pay version.

These forums are a free resource, so if you don't like the policy, there is always the door and you have lost nothing in the exchange...except maybe a little bit of pride. Also, remember, as something essentially run by a private individual, rules can be made to restrict certain kinds of activity...and such rules are thoroughly enforced. When you signed up, you agreed to the rules, one of which was no discussion/posts/etc about illegal activities...last time I checked software piracy was still listed as illegal.

So, no the initial response, from one of the forum moderators was no joke.

It's no joke. I've been a member of this forum for quite a few years. The members have helped me many times; and that's what this forum is for. I've seen other times when someone has asked how to hack or do other things illegal. They have never gotten any help on that.

I'll never understand the, "something for nothing" attitude.
