Any Vista copy / backup problems?

I am putting together a Windows Media Centre PC and are looking at running Vista Premium on it. I have heard there can be some copyright / backup problems when it comes to music and movies mostly around when you go to play the music or movie.

I have a 5yr old and backup every cd and dvd I currently buy as well as some doco's off the internet. So really need to be able to do this. Has anyone come across problems themselves? Or advice? TIA

I think it really depends on the media in question since not all media has DRM issuses.
