new icon

I have just reinstalled and updated xo home and a strange icon has appeared on my desktop.Can anyone tell me what it is supposed to do and is it any use.Thanks,

Can't get the pic to go on here but it's named,"microsoft XML 4.0 ,parser SDK"

You can safely delete the MSXML 4.0 SDK files (which are typically located in the C:\Program Files\MSXML 4.0\doc folder) and any shortcuts that were added by this update to your Desktop or to your Start menu.
