It might sound a little pricey, but it's cheap compared to the corporate equivalents. If anyone knows a free/cheaper alternative, I'd like to hear about it. And no, I don't mean VNC. That works ok as long as you're onsite to set up the service and router, but for a one-time support call option it's not really feasible.
