In Vista, I only have one account set up so I am an administrator. I hate having to right click on certain programs to get them to run as an administrator when I already am one. Is there a way around this?

Not quite the same thing as RClick and run as administrator but perhaps it is covered by the same setting.

You can't. M$ locked this out with Vista (and W7).
Security feature, mostly. It's silly to run a Windows system as the actual administrator; similar to running a *NIX system as root all the time.
However, in the world of *NIX, you can often run the system as root regardless of how stupid it is. :p Not so with Vista (and W7). M$ made that decision for you. It is their decision to make, of course, but still annoying.
So far, I have been doing the ol' right-click-as-administrator thingie on my gaming rig. Annoying, but far more usable than trying to get all my games to run in Wine.

To configure this setting on Windows Vista Business and Ultimate, you can use the Local Security Policy configuration (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-controluac-for-administrators-only/)
Alternatively make a shortcut with admin privileges (http://www.geekswhoknow.com/articles/windows_vista_run_as_administrator.htm).
As for the run box (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/run-a-command-as-administrator-from-the-windows-vista-run-box/)
