Strange thing happened to me this lovely Monday afternoon.I set up MacAfee Antivirus on compurter running Windows 2000.Then as usually, computer began to restart and suddenly froze, when Windows was saving programs before switching off,so I switshed it off pressing the button. Then, I tried to turn it on again, but nothing happened- no fan, light, or any sign of life.I changed power supply block - the same result.Any suggestion?Should I sue Microsoft , MacAfee or motherboard J-7BXAN manufacturer?

Strange. Could be a coincidence, though I suspect the AV software more than anything else.
I don't know enough about W2K to advise, but that's where I think the problem most likely lies.

Same here, I suspect the AV software, but don't know anything about win2000 either...
Might try replacing the registry, in win98 you'd use scanreg /restore after booting to a start up disk. DOn't know if win2000 still uses scanreg though...
