I saw a post re a cable modem and networking 2 pc's to access the same cable modem. I have a pc downstairs and one upstairs. How would I do this? It said all that was needed was software that is in Win98, which I have. Don't they have to be physically connected? It said there was no need for another NIC. I sure could use some detailed instructions on this. I did read the links that were given and saw about configuring both pc's but still don't understand how the second one will use the same modem without being physically connected.
