Is it just me? Prejudice in forums

Being a Caucasian, 16 year old, straight, male i tend to think that every blogger I dont know is a white male of between 20-35 years expectantly on tech sites. Is it just me or do you also have such Prejudice?:confused:

I don't think it's accurate to call it a prejudice. It's more like a composite. After all, you have to picture some kind of person right?

I personally find it much more fun to picture everyone as SI swimsuit models. (Except MJC. I picture him as Steve Buscemi.)

well, it is only natural to try to visualize what other people look like when you are not seeing them (like on the phone, when you talk, usually a mental image of the person comes up, if you are talking to someone you know, you "recall" their face)

so, me, i generally see people especially online, as "the all-American" quarterback like character... unless i know them..

You are still young. You have plenty of time to further develop yourself. The important thing to realize is that you realize. "An unexamined life..." and all that.
