Hehehe.
My favorite part is the Sony exec talking about listening to the customers and designing a product especially for them. ;) The funny thing about this? It's not all false!

What actually IS that thing?
A web-TV box?
Perhaps I should be grateful that we don't appear to have them in New Zealand - yet. ;)

I hope you really are laughing out loud.
:p
I have found that Sony, although one of the most expensive, does tend to have the best reliability factor.
That being said, this latest thing would seem to be somewhat cryptic...

Sony is always overpriced.
Well, that depends.
Overpriced compared to cheap alternatives sure.
Not really overpriced I think, if you are wanting some reliability, which costs extra cash.

That kind of reminds me of Microsoft's Web TV of about 10 years ago, and it looks to be about as useful. LOL

ROTFLMAO! :D :D
I also like the one about reality shows setting unrealistic standards for skanks. :D

So, what actually is this thing?
I am still trying to work it out...
Is it a satellite receiver or cable-TV box or something?
Also, the video on this is really good.
Does anyone know what codec they used, as it is clean looking(even at full-screen) yet did not take long to download...
EDIT: Hovering mouse over vid says that it is Adobe Flash Player 9, but I suppose that does not mean that the video itself is a flash file...
