Help please - a little new at this

So I tried building my first system and it's not going well! When I try and turn on the computer, everything turns on except the monitor and there are no beeps. I reseated the memory/vid card multiple times, that didnt work, so I took the RAM out and turned it on and still no beeps. So I'm thinking it might be time to RMA the CPU/Mobo. Before I do that I want to make sure everything I got was compatible. Can anyone be so kind to take a look for me and make sure everything is right. If there are any suggestions that I'm not thinking of or havent found yet that would be great too. Thanks!

I just posted the Mobo,Vid Card,RAM, and CPU. I don't think any of the other stuff should matter, let me know if it would and I'll post that too! Thanks again!

I am taking it that the monitor is known to work?

Did you plug the monitor into the video card and not the onboard video?

Since your board has onboard video remove your 8800GT from the system and plug into the onboard video and see if the system comes on.

Did you plug in the aux power adapter for the CPU?

Is your power supply adequate? What brand/model?
