If you have ram modules in that pc, pull one out and there will be a sticker which will probably provide you with the info which you require.

Good Luck

You can get Everest, which will tell you everything you need to know about anything in your computer, or look on the sticker like Risk said.

SIW is capable of calling up much info from your PC, but frankly if the PC is 1st generation P4 it likely is Rambus memory.

Thanks to all for offers of help, Risk was right it's just that I didn't know where to find the slots ( I am unashamedly computer dumb and the slots were not obvious at first).
I found the site that Ted mentioned very helpful to the extent that I now have a full picture of the contents of my computer both hardware and software and I would recommend it to others.
The RAM was SD PC133, does anyone have any idea what I should pay for it and the best place to buy it. I am in WA.

We still don't have any info on your PC but you can buy PC 133 SDRAM here. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010170147+1052107967+1052407863&Configurator=&Subcategory=147&description=&Ntk=&SpeTabStoreType=&srchInDesc=)

If you are running Windows 95, 98, 98SE, or ME do not install more then 512MB of RAM, it may not boot, if it does boot it will not run!

The System tells me that its: Intel(R)
Pentium(R)4, CPU 1.60Ghz, 256mb RAM

It has a i845 Motherboard. It is running Windows XP.

Hope that covers it.
