I ain't a geek or even techie. I wouldn't dream of opening the thing. I'm an old bird who just types and browses. Dell sent me this as a replacement for another PC.
This monster is turning itself on and off. My second phone tech service went out of business, and I need to know whether to try to repair or replace; i.e., is it HD or something else - hardware or software?
The system still works, BTW.
