I am planning to buy a new laptop but I am confuse to select the process. Which one is good for future? I mean for next 5 years according to new technologies.

Which one is good?

dual core, core 2 duo, Core2Duo Extreme, Core2Duo Xeon, pentium D

Nothing with the Pentium name.

Dual core is the current standard...with Core2duo and Core2Duo Extreme being two types of dual core processors.

With that said, what are you intending to use it for? 5 years is an awfully long time in terms of computers and depending on the intended use may be very unrealistic as to 'lifespan'.

The only processor type in your list that should be avoided is the Pentium D.

The Pentium Duel-Core is a budget line of processors based on the Core 2 microarchitecture (wolfdale core) with a slower front side bus (800MHz) and smaller L2 cache (2MB)

Core 2 Duo is the mainstream line of processors based on the Core 2 microarchitecture.

The Core 2 Extreme processors are the top of the line and have unlocked multipliers and sometimes other added features.

The Core 2 Xeon processors are made for servers and workstations but are sometimes used in desktops and laptop PCs

Pentium D processors are based on the very old and slow netburst microarchitecture.
