when i starting my pc, both the cpu fan and power supply fan stopped running after few seconds, then the pc restarts after few seconds.
repeating few times (normally two), i can hear the "beep" sound once and enter the system successfully (the pc will be able to work for no problem until i switched off)
tried to check the cables, not helping
ps: my pc is dell inspirasion 530 and the problem happend afer i installed new memory module but i tried to put the old ram on as well
