Radeon SLI

Hey guys,

question...
is there much of a difference runing ATI or any current video card in SLI/crossfire mode?

Im running an Ati radeon 4850 which seems to be pretty decent and have the option to go crossfire..would I be looking at a big difference in fps or even performance?

Seems that having two cards can be a benefit but marginal at best..

also how good are the quad core intel 6600's?
