I know that there is a way to do that, and It might be in control panel accessabilities, and look up about the key settings. But I found where you can download a program that will do the job for you. Here is the link: http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0-10000.html?tag=st.cn.10106-ron.bc.gp
If, because my search expired, the file is called, (there are 2) either Hotkeys or Wxkbd21. Check the descriptions out and pick the one that is right for you.
