COM Ports problem

Hi

I have installed extra com ports on two PCI slots (2 extra ports per slot 4 in total) on a DELL 775 PC with XP. The drivers installed ok and no conflicts in device manager and there is no Port Settings to set the baud rate bits etc etc.. tab like there is with com1 in device mgr. Any ideas!!!

Also only one of the ports seems to work, I have disabled other IRQ devices and rebooted but no joy.
