Vista HELP please!

Hi everyone, I am technically advanced but this one is stumping me. I have a small drive as C: (15gb IDE) I have a 120GB EIDE that is my F: drive. I bought a new EIDE drive to load vista on it as my 15gb drive has like 700MB left till cablooie. Well. I was wondering if I could dual boot from the new drive? and Can I use my Vista registration from my C: drive without having to buy another key? Yes I OWN XP Pro, and Vista Home Premium. Even If I could get the info step by step to load vista on my new drive without much hassle that would be great. Also if you know of a program to transfer software information from drive to drive with registry info for the software where it will work. thanks so much !
