video card control panel

I have a ATI Radeon w/32mb when i go to it's control panel im missing some options, it should look like this pic (http://www.tomshardware.com/graphic/00q3/000717/images/radeon_color.gif) but all i get are the top tab options (general, momnitor, adaptor, ect) how do i get the lower ones like Direct 3D and glide?

The link only shows the Tom's Hardware Guide logo...

If you don't have the options you should I would think you need to either reinstall the drivers, or reinstall the control panel.

Check the manufacturer's website and see if they have anything in tech support or FAQ. Also check the Help files.
