Im making a case out of cardboard. Dont tell me it will start a fire :P.

Anywaysssss, I have no idea how to keep the motherboard in place.
Epoxy maybe?
If I were to screw it in, i would have to put more cardboard on the bottom.
What should I do?

small nylon cable ties with small, stiff plastic or fiberglass rods. Wrap the cable ties around the rods, send the two ends through the boards holes and secure in place on the other side the same way. On teh cardboard side, use longer rods to disperse weight throughout.

Then post a pic; this I gotta see.

You need something to hold the motherboard away from the "case" as well or what you don't want us to tell you will happen...will happen.

Another important question to consider is how will you mount the PSU and drives?

suggests he intends to make a slimline style case. the PSU could be suspended in the same way the mobo needs be; I suggest a conductive material, however, for the PSU. You do not--under any circumstances--want to be the least resistant path to ground where the PSU is concerned after it has been plugged in.

The drives can simply be tied down. Preferably mounted again (or even suspended by ties), but I've run CD and HDDs on desktops during troubleshoots more than a few times (feel free to slap my hand). Sitting on the cardboard won't hurt them any more than sitting on a desktop would...except that the cardboard is a tad more flammable.
