Anyone ever tried this OS?
Looks promising - perhaps a way for people to use an XP-ish clone, without having to locate and purchase old copies of XP. I am downloading a copy now to try out later. It is only a 32MB iso file! I suppose I should point out that it is still in alpha, so probably only stable for seeing what it looks like, but if they keep up development...

I'm reading about it here:

Also reading about it on their website:

And you can download it here:

It would help if the OS was making progress past Alpha stage.

Yeah, looks good in the screen-shots etc, and the text-mode part of the install is dead-easy to do, but I have not yet been able to make it boot the GUI. I always get a BSOD that the system can't start the graphics system.(not verbatim)

I was able to get it to work by selecting 4-bit VGA mode, but although the mouse works, and I can then complete the GUI part of the install, it then falls over with the same BSOD when you restart. Oh well - on to SuSE - my next experiment for tonight... :p

Well, Open SuSe is a different OS altogether.
