Eliminate screensaver passwords in 3.1

Hi guys and gals,

I have a old computer that I gave the kids, and it uses Windows 3.1. The problem is my 9 year old daughter likes to set the screensaver password just to annoy her younger brother, and usually forgets what she made it. While this isn't a major problem, we can reboot and turn it off, this is starting to annoy me! Is there anyway I can disable this option for good?

Remove the power cords and lock them in the trunk of the car for a week or two. Should do the trick...
