I know that the parallel connector of my AT motherboard (for 200mhz CPU) is damaged... where can I find it ?...
can I make it by myself ?
How I will know that is the correct connector ?
are some standars for this ?

Most computer shops will have them, usually all you have to do is tell them you need a parallel cable, they'll know what you need.
It's a ribbon cable that attaches to pins on the motherboard and bolts into either a slot cover or a hole in the case.
You can pull the existing cable and take it with you, tell them "I need one of these." Worked for me when I didn't know what it was...

This link to ribbon cables (http://mindprod.com/cables.html) shows two connection sequences for parallel ribbon cables. It is toward the end of the page.
