The first one is a neat anti theft ip logger. It's a Windows service that sends the computer IP to a website. You install the program and then if someone steals your machine, you get the IP adress, that you can then hand over to the police. It's likely that a thief would just reinstall and the program would be deleted then, but it might work and it's free. It's called IP Sneak get it from www.ipsneak.net (http://www.ipsneak.net)

I allways loose my passwords, but this one is really cool at remembering and generating secure passwords. It's kind of a webpage in a popup. On the page you can generate patterns in a green cross like figure with room for some 41 characters. You then imagine a pattern in the figure. The characters in the pattern is you password. You can then store and organize you account information for all the websites you have a profile on. Great for bookmarking and generating tough passwords as well. Sounds complicated? Perhaps you gotta try it to figure it out :) www.passwordstar.com (http://www.passwordstar.com)

PS: Hey don't say Twitter is not good for something :)

Please note: New members posting links to programs that they just found are generally viewed with suspicion since it looks like SPAM...

Anyone interested in these programs please use extreme caution in visiting the sites or using the programs unless you have outside verification that they are safe and valid...

Thanks for noticing my noob status :p
Anyway I have tested both programs and I don't see any wired stuff going on.
