more details please. What were you doing when it happened. Does a cold boot fix the problem? System specs? Age?

The file name itself is very indicative of infection. Please read this information (http://www.pcguide.com/vb/showthread.php?t=60009) and then start a new thread in the security forum with more background detail about the problem and how it arose.
