I am thinking about getting a new video card. I do not do any gaming but my system is a little sluggish and the video card seems to be the slowest part of my system. This is what I have.

Intel Core 2 Duo CPU 2.20GHz
2.0GB RAM
ECS 945GCT-M motherboard
Built in Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 ( GMA950 ).

The Windows Experience Index rates my system at 2.0.

processor 5.1
memory 4.8
Hard disk 5.7
Desktop performance 2.0
graphics 2.6.

I am thinking is I spend a little cash on the graphic adapter I could loose the sluggishness. Does this sound right? If so what would be a good graphics adapter? My mother board has two PCI Exress slots, 1 x PCI Express x16 slot (Orange) and 1 x PCI Express x16 slot (Blue @ x4 bandwidth).

I would like to stay under $100 if possible.
