Seems there is some disagreement concerning Duke Nukem Forever development:

This game's development has been ugly for quite a while now. I don't buy the "we didn't get our money" argument . Not twelve years and millions of jokes about DNF's design team later. If I were Take Two I'd be suing too; they must think they'll win so I'm betting there is a guarantee of game completion somewhere in the contract.
