Advice needed please...

Hi all,
I am considering purchasing a new PC and would really appreciate advice on which of the following would be the most capable in general applications including Video editing and games.
The price differential would be approx £300. The Intel i7 based pc being the most expensive. The main question being...would any increased performance be worth the extra £300?

I was looking at Xeons using the new Intel architecture today and comparing specs with triple channel RAM which, your HP build does not seem to be taking in to account. The i7 as far as I know supports triple channel memory. For a home user, even doing video editing, the extra cash is not going to translate into an equitable increase in performance. I would spend the extra cash on a bigger monitor from another source rather than HP.
