What program gets rid of SpyWare

Thanks to Paleo Pete, I learned about Spyware and internet sites tracing our info. Is any program that can stop or see or give us a Warning if someone is digging into our info.

Does www.zonealarm.com (http://www.zonealarm.com) stop this type of behavior or not. It's a good program to block out intruders... but don't think it's the same program for Spyware...thanks...

Take a look at Gibson Research Corporation's OptOut (http://grc.com/optout.htm) program that detects spyware.

ZoneAlarm will let you know when programs in your computer are trying to access the Internet. You can allow them or block them. Gibson has a lot of information on firewalls too.
