I am installing a larger hard drive in my puter. I need to change the CMOS settings, but I have no idea how to do this. How do I get into these settings? Would be grateful for the help.

first you must reboot your computer, when it is testing the ram, press the del key; this will take u to the bios where you can change your settings. note that you must set your jumper settings accordingly. so if you set the jumpers to detect if it's primary/slave then u won't have to edit the bios.

If your adding a new larger hard drive, and you want to keep your older hard drive for storage don't forget to go in and enable or at least check and make sure that there's another "Auto" select turned on for either the Primary slave or Secondary Master position. Depending on what you set your jumpers to on the new drive. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/wink.gif
